Path of a Yogini
I was living a pretty ordinary life: studying, working at a job I didn't like, striving to build relationships and dealing with a number of illnesses. In 2009, I faced certain health problems, treatments weren't helping and doctors were helpless. I was looking for a means of help and found it in yoga. It not only helped me heal myself but also awakened my hidden talents and memories of my creative past. Yoga classes led to a radical change in my life - I moved from a small town, met the man of my dreams and moved to live by the ocean. I'm doing what I love, which brings me pleasure every second. And I want to help you, dear women, to share my experience and knowledge.

Unique approach to work
I've developed my own unique yoga practice that activates all body systems while remaining gentle, structured, and therapeutic. This practice helps to achieve the balance of body, mind, consciousness, as well as the balance of inner masculine and feminine principles. An important part of my work is the focus on awakening Kundalini energy and transforming sexual energy in creativity and life
In sessions with women, I integrate a somatic approach, where we pay great attention to our sensations and move in harmony with our nature, incorporate visualization, focusing on what our body wants at a given moment in time, not harming it with exhausting mechanical exercises. Your body will itself show how it wants to move. I subtly feel each woman and suggest techniques that create a space for the unfolding of the body and consciousness

The main thing I convey is a different attitude towards the practice, when it's not necessary to overcome pain, tire yourself with mechanical exercises, and to treat the practice as physical education. I show how you can get a high and pleasure from practice, how you can awaken pleasant, orgasmic, ecstatic sensations in the body using breathing techniques and movement. We move together with our breath, together with energy. And you always want to come back to such a practice, because it is different!
